Chef Joe, creates rich menus stemming from his extensive knowledge and experience of European & Continental cuisine. Chef Gargano can custom design a menu for any group in any price range. His menus are elegant, yet affordable, ranging from casual and fun to intimate hors d’oeuvre showcase as well as an elaborate dinner banquet. Chef Gargano can also create a theme menu for your event, such as Western, Mexican, Vegetarian, etc.
